Rosie and Rachel here! Chaos Agency began with an unlikely Twitter friendship. As we bonded over a mutual obsession with design and a shared vision to shake up the creative scene, we dreamed up the idea of Chaos Agency. Together we bring a killer skill set and unstoppable passion to the table.

Rachel Nicholls
CO-FOUNDER + CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Rachel is all about creating cool brand identities and creative solutions for the digital and social world. With a background in both big and small full-service creative agencies, she brings a fresh perspective and tons of flexibility to every project. Rachel’s teamed up with clients from all sorts of industries – start-ups, beauty, retail, FMCGs, property, finance, and big corporations. She’s ready to help you crush your business goals! Current and previous agency clients include Levi’s, Kissed Earth, Subaru, Kimberly-Clark, and Zurich.
She’s a cat lover, horror fanatic, oddity collector, and always up for a festival or gig.
Rosie Cass
CO-FOUNDER + MANAGING DIRECTOR
Before Chaos Agency, Rosie worked as lead designer, designing and producing content for digital out-of-home provider Motio and crafted stunning digital assets for JD Sports Australia, one of Australia's fastest-growing retail and e-commerce brands to launch in the Aussie market. As the managing director of Chaos Agency, Rosie combines creativity, strategy, and leadership to continue to innovate and smash goals for both Chaos Agency and our clients.
She’s a dog lover, vintage camera collector, chronic TikTok scroller, and loves a cheeky marg.
