Rachel has over seven years of experience shaping brand strategy and creative direction across agencies and in-house roles. With in-house creative experience at LEGO and Koh, she gained first-hand insight into how powerhouse brands operate. She’s collaborated with Levi’s, Herschel, Subaru, Kimberly-Clark, and Zurich, helping businesses evolve into brands people remember. At Chaos, Rachel leads the creative process with strategy and imagination, pushing brands to stand out with clarity and confidence.

She’s a cat lover, horror fanatic, oddity collector, and always up for a festival or gig.

CO-FOUNDER + MANAGING DIRECTOR

Rosie has nearly a decade of experience building brands across retail, e-commerce, lifestyle, digital media, and out-of-home. Before founding Chaos, she was Lead Designer at Motio, creating engaging digital out-of-home content and impactful advertising campaigns, and earlier produced campaigns for JD Sports Australia during its rapid market expansion. At Chaos, she combines creative expertise with strategy, leadership, and client partnerships to deliver projects with real impact.

She’s a dog lover, vintage camera collector, chronic TikTok scroller, and loves a cheeky marg.
