Booking in your workshop

After you’ve completed your purchase one of our team members will reach out with a questionnaire for you to fill out about your brand and business.

Once you’ve completed the questionnaire we’ll schedule in a time for the workshop that works for you.

The workshop

The brand strategy workshop is a 90 minute, collaborative session hosted by a Chaos Agency brand strategist via video call (or in-person if you’re located in Sydney).

In this workshop we help you:

  • Nail down your brand foundations (Mission, vision, values, and why people should care)

  • Define your target audience and how to position yourself like a pro

  • Craft your unique brand voice & messaging

  • Make sure your visual identity isn’t working against you

  • Walk away with a clear action plan so you have all the tools to build a strong brand.

After the workshop, we send you a custom strategy doc with everything we covered, plus tailored recommendations so you can hit the ground running.

  • All you need to do before the workshop is fill in our questionnaire, and pick a time that works for you to schedule in your workshop.

  • Absolutely. If you’re starting from scratch, this workshop will help you lay the right foundations so you don’t waste time (or money) on branding that doesn’t work.

  • Both! If you’re in Sydney, we can come to you. Otherwise, we run these workshops virtually via Google Meet.

  • Nope. This workshop is all about strategy—getting clear on your brand’s voice, positioning, and messaging. If you need a full visual identity, we offer that as a separate service.

    If you decide to work with us on a Starter or Premium brand package, we will deduct the cost of the workshop from your brand package final invoice.

  • You’ll get a Brand Playbook summarising everything we covered, plus an action plan to move forward. If you want extra support, you can book a brand consult session to check in on your progress.

  • If your brand feels inconsistent, unclear, or just meh, this workshop will help you fix that. No fluff, no vague advice, just real, actionable strategy to help your business stand out.
